Opened in 1837 at Main Street by the Wesleyan Association, which became part of the United Methodist Free Churches in 1857, and of the United Methodist Church in 1907. First known as the 'Tabernacle' and later as the 'Rock'. Closed in 1937, and subsequently sold.
